Taco Bell, in general, is hit and miss anyway but this was not a good experience. We used the kiosk to order for the 5 of us and couldn't get a printed receipt (which would have been nice to show what we ordered and didn't bring phones in with us to have receipt texted to us), obviously not this location's fault but the start of the issues. The floor was extremely sticky all over the restaurant. The trash cans were over flowing. The soda fountain grate had mold growing up toward the soda machine itself. The entire counter was sticky and full of spilled sodas. The condiments were missing two varieties and when the cashier was told, he gave another customer and I handfuls of the missing sauces to refill ourselves,no big deal they were overwhelmed. The food took over 10 minutes for them to start making. There were only three employees who were all only handling the drive thru. The two making the food were so slow that the cashier/drive thru window employee had to make food and remake mistakes in between everything else. This guy knew what he was doing but was way overloaded and told us he was filling in from another store. Once we got the food (about 15 minutes after ordering) two items were wrong which took another 4 more minutes to replace (2 triple layer nachos -sauce- the only items with any changes). My kids are allergic to an ingredient in the red sauce or I would've dealt with it. Then I had to ask for our frozen drinks, which took another 4 or so minutes. They were way overfilled so the cups/lids were completely drenched and sticky. Also, two of us got sick within 30 minutes afterward. Maybe it was an off day or few hours but it was one thing after another and ended up not being a...
Read moreUsually about a 60% chance you'll get your order correct anyway... But the last two visits have been a pathetic experience. Burritos are constantly built the wrong way I.e. one giant bite of beans, then one giant bite of chicken, the one GIANT bite of sour cream. Last visit (3 days ago) there were multiple items made incorrectly, the lady asked me if I wanted the physical box for the $5 box or if i would just like the items thrown in the bag with 2 other people's orders in it... No labels on modified items whatsoever. Very hard to figure out who has what without pulling apart things. Is this the experience these employees actually want to receive when going out to eat themselves?? Tonight though they labeled the items which was nice, but I was charged for chicken added to my 7 layer burrito and there was no chicken! Asked for Dr. Pepper and got a Pepsi... Sub chicken on the crunch wrap but received beef!! So frustrating! I have been bartending and waiting tables for many years and I KNOW how it goes. I really do... But I work hard to make sure my gusts receive the things they order and how they ordered with regards to modifications. I have considered calling the night crew to vent my frustration but I know it will do no good... So writing this review in the hopes that someone will notice in upper management so that staff can be properly trained. I really like taco Bell and that's why I keep going back but so disappointed on these...
Read moreToday was not a good day for taco Bell. Had some issues with mobile ordering. The manager was extremely professional and apologetic but the young man working the drive thru...not so much. He was bordering on rude and has the audacity to mumble something about me being 30 mins late to pick up my order. I have plenty of documentation (text, email app) that shows that wasn't the case. Then when he hand me my food he just stuck it out the window didn't ask if I needed sauce or anything. Kicker is he forgot my drink so I just sat there and he attempted to act like he didn't see me and when he opened the window I asked for my drink that when he made the under his breath comment regarding me being late. Chick-fil-A please create a standard of customer service and market to all service industry businesses. Once again the young lady that was the manager was great and I appreciate your empathy but you should probably show drive thru guy some of...
