I'm giving Eddie tacos 4 stars because of the FOOD, there is no decor to rate, and you order and pay at the counter, then they bring your food to you. My co-worker invited me to eat there before we went to work. At first thought we were going to grab some tacos at the drive thru, but the line of cars was ridiculously long. We decided to dine in instead, that was a good decision, because we ended up ordering breakfast plates. There were pictures of pates behind the counter, as well as on the wall of the establishment. Also behind the counter were the cooks working at a furious pace. I eyed the picture with the words " breakfast sampler" trust me when I say it's not a sampler plate you'll find at Denny's or IHOP.This one comes with Huevos Ranchero's, Balbacoa, a cup of Menudo, refried beans, fried potatoes, and flour tortillas. We ordered Mexican Cokes to wash down our breakfast, I also took a Capirotada out of the dessert case for later. My friend paid so I have no idea what our meals cost, I do know it was really good and I bringing my wife on my next visit, and I'll probably bring my dad on the visit after that. The only complaint I have is my menudo had hardly any tripe in it, yet my friends was loaded with it. There was plenty of food on my plate so I was fine. However, in this food service business, consistency is a major player. I give Eddie food a double thumbs up.

Breakfast options here are very delicious, I ordered the Huevos Rancheros plate and for $5.75 you get 2 eggs & refried beans everything else is extra , potatoes $1.25, bacon $.75 each & the chicharrón Verde $2.39. The eggs were perfectly cooked over medium, the salsa for the eggs was okay, I would have liked a more Ranchero style of Salsa, the refried beans were amazing I think they add lard to them, the potatoes were warm and okay, the bacon was tasty and crispy & the chicharrón Verde was fantastic so flavorful it was real chicharrón prensado not the cheap pork rinds most restaurants offer. The flour tortillas are okay but I wouldn't recommend the corn tortillas here. Overall I have to say I would definitely recommend the breakfast here, it is very delicious, I would like for the menu to include prices.

Not a bad, but also not great taco place. I’ve only tried their breakfast. I ordered chorizo and egg & machacado and egg tacos. They were okay. You could not taste the chorizo or machacado. They were decent size, so they will fill you up. They have red and green salsas on the tables. Both had absolutely no flavor. I drank a piña from the fountain and it was really watered down. To summarize, everything was bland, but you would be full. Service was good. The dining area was worn down, but clean.

** Poor service!! Today is the first time i try out Eddie's Tacos, the ladies are so immature, they have no communication skills at all. I entered with my husband and my son, we sat down in a table for about ten mins, thinking they come up to you and serve you, as time past and we are sitting there the employers noticed us sitting there and do not tell us anything at all. Then i figured it out!! I have to go order and pay and they call your number out. So we go order, and sit back down and the lady tell us that this area of tables are not for us to sit because they are "drying" and they were just cleaned, so we had to move to another table that was full of salt and salsa .. I politetly asked the lady to clean the table for us, so then she does. After we get our food, they dont offer you anything at all .. Like salsa, limon, napkins, etc. And they dont even pay attention to us. Till FINALLY a young man named Edgar helped us!! The young man was up and down attending everyone, doing am awesome job. While were eating my husband finds a hair on his rice!! Honestly i was soo ANNOYED SINCE I FIRST GOT THERE!! The service here sucks. The ladies need to learn how to do their job right. We were so upset I just got my son and told my husband for us to leave!! Never...
