I came and ordered through the drive-thru. I had 2 orders. My food was missing one of my 2 Loaded omelet biscuits and on the 2nd order they just didn't ring up 2 smoked sausages that we had told them we wanted so of course those weren't in our bags either. Online and on the door it specifically says carry out available. Door nearest the drive-thru was locked so now I'm having to wait through the much longer drive-thru for a 2nd time! I tried calling into the store 3 times. No answer. During our 2nd time through I explained my omelet was not in my bag and that either the 2 smoked sausages weren't put on the order or weren't included in some compacity. I explained that and then ordered the smoked sausages for a 2nd time. We go forward, pay for the sausages. We figured out after we get home that they didn't give us what we ordered but instead gave us 2 sausage biscuits which cost more. There were also no straws! Really!!! Come on. Do better and treat your customers better. This was one of the worst drive-thru experiences...
Read moreCause tell me why hardees in phenix city tryna play with my money rn we ordered on the app didn’t realize it was like 10 mins till closing we get here in time & pull around the drive through First Lady tells us that they ain’t got no chicken & that the app will have to refund us so I go to figure that out find out the app actually doesn’t & says to contact the store for order issues so we try to call they won’t answer the phones while we are currently out here just to go to the door find out they locked the doors and wouldn’t open them to see what we needed then we pull around the drive through finally get a different lady to answer the window I’m demanding my money back at this point & she goes “well we can’t give the money back but we can make the food” & has us park till the food is done so your telling me yall was first out of chicken now you can make the whole order instead of giving me my money back? Wild asf yall straight lazy & yall just found the wrong one to play with my money...

When we walked in I wasn’t greeted with a smile or even a welcome, I stood at the counter while what looked like a manager and another employee talking after they were done talking I was told to hang on Because “ She had someone in her ear” I’m assuming she meant someone in the drive-thru! But when we came through the parking lot earlier there was no customer in the parking lot or the drive-thru. So I was confused because I was standing in front of her before who ever was now there! I try to be patient because I know a lot of restaurants are short handed but that was ridiculous. So there I stood for 15 minutes and she never came back to take my order mind you the store was completely empty aside from myself and one person in the drive-thru! So I just left! No customer service experience at all I’ll never go...
