Burger King — Restaurant in Phenix City

Yes usually Burger King on 280 me and my family go there every morning to get breakfast and they're usually pretty good they only messed up our order once other than this morning which is September 2nd we went up there we ordered two meals two ham egg and cheese croissants two hash browns and two drinks we paid for it and even gave a tip because the lady was really nice when we get home there's one croissant to hash browns and two drinks I immediately called them and asked if they could replace the one item that was missing the dude answered the phone and said that that wasn't allowed I said can I speak to your manager and he hung up on me rudely so no longer to say we will not be using this Burger King no more not because the food isn't good but because the staff sucks so I will be calling whoever is in charge and whoever is head over Burger King because I am a constant customer at Burger King and they have received a lot of my money but they will not receive any of my money no more and all my friends I will tell them not to go to this Burger King and they will listen to me because I am a functioning and high society member of the community I said what I said and I meant it Burger King you need to hire better employees who actually...

This is absolutely the worst Burger King I have ever visited. The staff are very unfriendly and rude. I visited on June 28th, 2024 and ordered a chicken sandwich with heavy onion. I got no onion at all. I told the front counter girl I didn't get any onion and asked for some. She told the guy in back and he gave me a (1) small piece about half dollar size and gave me a look like I was lucky to get that. Then there's the rude, no personality little girl at the front counter with ridiculous hair dragging the ground that she feels the need to keep touching while she's handling food. Really?! How sanitary is that whole stupid senerio? Not to mention just how utterly stupid the girl looks with that hair dragging behind her. Where's the Health Dept.?And who is the manager allowing this nonsense and hiring these sorry individuals? The tables were dirty as was the drink counter. The folks working there have no business in any kind of service industry and if the manager can't do any better hiring decent folks who want to work and be decent to customers they don't need to be...

I knew I was in trouble once. I came in the door @ 820 pm. 3-26-2017. I asked for a Whopper off the broiler. It came out the sto rage compartment. The Manager was having a pow wow about BS with the drive thru crew and the dinning area was not cleaned. Not to mention all the old fries and nuggets laying around under the prep counter and flowing out of the trash in the same area. I wish the Breakfast Manager was on night duty because, he's a more in charge guy. The night manager didn't have the respect of the night crew. I guess its Sunday and Sunday nights mean Low Standards at this particular Burger King. Great only for Breakfast and that's because of the excellent Manager, that cracks the whip and holds the employess to a higher standard, which should be all the time not just during Breakfast.
