I just keep trying to like this place because it's so close to home. There is always an issue with the service and/or the food. Who wants a crispy dry biscuit sandwich? No matter how polite you speak into the drive-through speaker, you get to hear a dry voice, almost like you have inconvenienced an individual that clocked in to work the drive thru, but you're the problem. I can almost sense that my meal isn't going to be right or taste good. That has led me on several occasions to politely say no thanks. I changed my mind, and have a great day, and drove away. It's almost like spinning a wheel and seeing what it will land on. Well, this visit was bankrupt... I ordered the chicken biscuit. The biscuit was dehydrated and the meat was dried out and to top it off I was distracted and forgot to ask for jelly and of course I wasn't asked...I just had a bag shoved out the window and closed as fast as it opened. I even attempted to speak, but of course, she was in a deep conversation with her coworker that she didn't hear me or look in my direction it was just an arm out the window. I didn't bother taking it back to exchange it. I didn't have time to have my peace interrupted with bad attitudes, so I just counted as a loss and it's better to drive further to another McDonald's...
Read moreJanuary 16,2023 I went through the Drive through around 8:30 p.m. I ordered a Quater (C)Pounder meal. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes I finally received my order. On my way to work I began eating, Fries were cold and they had been sitting for some time because they were hard, Quaker Pounder was very cold, after waiting for 10 minutes something should had been hot. I could not eat that awful cold food, I called the restaurant and no answer. I work in the medical field so I did not have time to repeatly call back. I was very disappointed, very disappointed to the fact I know I would never return. This is not the first time I have dealt with bad service from this facility. I know for a fact my dollars will never be spent here ever again. I saw the manager pour coffee out and say no more coffee for tonight. Really @ 8:30 p.m., if she wasn't a manager maybe a shift leader. A black female. If these young people don't know the proper way of training and serving the public don't hire them. Teach them because this restaurant is awful at night,...
Read moreIf I could give a negative review, I would! We visited this store on 3/12/18 on our drive back to Atlanta. They mopped the floor with a solution that was so soapy and slippery and failed to put the caution sign in an area that would be visible to all, including those coming from the middle of store, where the bathroom was located. My 76 year old frail mother slipped and fell on the slippery floor and had to be taken the ER in an ambulance. The store manager on duty that day, Charlie Davis, verbally told us that McDonald's would take responsibility since the fall happened in their store, but after the ER visit, they changed their story and gave us the run around about getting medical bills from the ER visit covered. Apparently this is not an uncommon thing there, as several customers came up to me while we were waiting for the ambulance that they have almost slipped on the floors in the past at this store. Avoid this place at all cost, unless you enjoy slips and falls. No hamburger in the world is worth the cost of...
