Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Phenix City

Ordered Queso and a Chicken home wrecker tonight.

I at the homewrecker hours ago and it seemed much more Spicy than any other location I have ever been to and the chicken was overcooked.

I'm sitting here munching on queso and chips now as I write this. The queso is great. No complaints at all. The issue is the chips. I got a bag with a total of 12 chips in it for an order that included queso.

As a normal portion okay fine I can see that but when someone is ordering queso. More than half of my queso shouldn't be left once the chips are gone and at this location this is the case.

There are clearly still some flaws to work out and even some recipes to tweak because the chips are stale, the chicken is overcooked and to spicy and this just isn't moes.

Someone also please teach the guy that was on tonight to wrap burritos correctly.

I will give it a few months and try it again. In the meantime I will just go to the one I normally go to...

Walked into Moes in Opelika to get a burrito this afternoon. I have been shopping all day and I took my mask off because, well, I’m going into a restaurant to eat. When I walked in and was about to place my order, the lady standing at the register yelled at me, and yes, yelled across the entire restaurant that I must have a mask on. If you have been in Moes, you order on the complete opposite side of the register. As I look around at all these tables of people without mask. Needless to say, I turned around and walked out. I think there still needs to be customer service in place. I do not mind putting a mask on, and if I would have been approached politely, I would have went back to my car to get my mask. Ordered dinner for the family on website. It wouldn't let me select the steak & potatoes burrito because they were out of potatoes. I called the restaurant and the employee said they were out of bacon not potatoes and gave me specific directions on how to order it anyway since I didnt want bacon to begin with. HOW did they still get my order wrong?? The young man that gave me the directions claim to also be the one making my food and still got it wrong.
