I am highly upset and disappointed with the service and the attitude that I received. I placed an online order at 8:17It is 9:04 and I am sitting in the parking lot waiting on my food because it wasn't ready when I got here and everybody that was here after that did not place an online order are receiving their food before me i called the restaurant before placing my online order to check and see what I had to do in order for it to be faster and no one ever answered the phone I again called after placing my order and no one answered the phone So when I got to the restaurant I pulled up in the pickup area no one ever came out so I went to the front doorAnd though it was locked two people looked at me one man looked at me twice and I was also calling wow I was standing there at the door no one ever acknowledged me or answer the phone again. So I got back in my car and went to drive thru. By now 3 cars have gotten in line ahead of me. No I waited about 15 to 20 minutes to get to the speaker and once I got there I wasn't answered or even read it for at least 5 more minutes after I was breathe it I let them know that I had an online order but that no one ever came out I was told that they don't offer that so I told her online it gave me the option to pick up in drive-thru or to pick up in restaurant in I didn't pick drive-thru she said that's the only way that I can do it was through drive-thru so I asked her would I still be able to get my chicken sandwich she answered me with an attitude and said that didn't order one instead of giving me the opportunity to tell her it was supposed to be free with my online order. I was than told that I had to park and wait even longer for them to fix my meal. No apologies and very inconsiderate. . People kept receiving their food that were there after . Never going back to this location again. Spend a lot of many for me and family to eat here often and the service keeps getting worse...
Read moreThis is less about the actual store, and more about a specific employee. To set the scene, I had been traveling all day and got a hotel in Phenix, AL. I was hungry from a long day of traveling, and since Popeyes was only a 5 minute walk away, I put in an online order. I walked to Popeyes since I had been cooped up in a car all day, but unfortunately I got there right as the lobby was closing. I wasn't aware of the time change and thought I still had an hour. Thinking I was going to have to walk back to the hotel, get my car, then drive back, this angel of an employee named JAILYNN let me into the lobby to pickup my order. I cannot describe how much this simple act of kindness touched my heart. She could have easily, and probably rightly, turned me away, but instead JAILYNN displayed unparalleled customer service. In the world today, something like this is truly rare to see, and I want to thank JAILYNN for literally making my entire week. I especially want Popeyes to know how much I appreciate her accommodating me even though she didn't have to. Read moreI used to go to Popeyes everyday for spicy chicken tenders. Ten years ago they were the best of any fastfood chicken tenders. My first complaint was they discontinued the best dipping sauce that existed and replaced with something horrible. I finally quit going there when the prices nearly doubled and the tenders were half the size, plus were more like eating spicy chicken jerky. Tonight I really wanted some spicy tenders, so thought I would give them another chance. BIGGEST MISTAKE I'VE MADE IN QUITE SOMETIME!!! I ordered 10 tenders only they fit in a two piece chicken only box. Each tender was the size of a chicken nugget and they cost me $15. They must be buying the scrawnest chickens that exist.
