So I just recently made an order through the Zaxby’s app.. I went to my local store and patiently waited for my order. I noticed the location was busy, so I silently stood my place in line. After all the mobile orders were called, I realized I had been there before some of them. I glanced my order and noticed the address said Phenix city Alabama. I placed another order inside the Hinesville Georgia location and the manager said call to that store they will cancel it. Little did she know that wasn’t the case. I called my bank and was told if they release the pending status the order can begin the refund process. Thinking it was going to be an easy task, I called the store explained to two people the situation, and the second person Christina told me the food was made an hour ago. It’s a waste of food so cannot refund me the money. I thought this was very odd to tell a customer that supports your business, and secondly from the manager perspective, she definitely needs more training or she needs to be excused from representing the company when it comes to customer satisfaction and customer and store relationships. This was very unexpected and unexceptionable. I stopped by another location in Richmond Hill Georgia to verify what the so called assistant manager said, and she was very upset with how I was handled. This needs to be addressed immediately. If I was not visiting this location it would have been different, but I don’t not live in that area. Read moreI went on my lunch break and ordered a zaxbys house zalad and a zaxbys signature club sandwich. First of all the attendant from the drivethru seemed to not be paying attention. I had to repeat the order multiple times. Secondly, i used to brag about how a salad from zaxbys was the only salad around that actually got me full. It was well underportioned compared to other visits and they didnt add the fried onions that usually come with the house zalad. Thirdly, the signature club sandwich which i bought for my coworker had the tiniest 1 piece of bacon on it. Literally about an inch long and a centimeter in diameter. Im leaving this rating so that maybe they tighten up. Im not saying i wont go back but it definitely will be awhile. I love zaxbys so that was very disappointing. This was by far my worst experience and first bad experience at any zaxbys. Im just going to assume you have a bunch of new hires in there that don't know what they're doing. So next time if you get back to normal i will leave you 5 stars because for almost 10 dollars a meal we deserve...
Read moreFor years I have loved the Cobb salad, they use to be huge. But it seems that at this location you get a bunch of toppings and less and less lettuce. I have even come to the point of paying for extra lettuce, which never looks any different when I do. I have brought my concerns to managers that paying that much for a salad and to get no lettuce is unacceptable. I was told corporate has demanded them to cut back on lettuce, but isn't that the main ingredient in a salad? I can buy a bag of lettuce for 2-3 dollars, so why is there a shortage when it comes to making a salad. Tonight hubby wanted me to give it one more try. People the salad he brought home was in this huge container with all these toppings and maybe a hand full of lettuce. I could of saved money and just ordered a side salad for the size of salad i got.
