So disappointed in the lack of consideration for returning customers . I order from here AT LEAST once a week thru Uber eats . Tonight I went in for a pick up , and ordered a 6 piece wing to share with my bf . I asked the owner if he could do 3 pieces plain and 3 with the new honey glazed sauce . He told me it wasn’t possible , either get sauce on all 6 or get no sauce at all . I offered to pay more and I was ignored . I don’t spend money in places where I’m not valued and appreciated as a returning customer . I will get my fried chicken from Dwight’s , the soul food place across the street from now on . I love this newly opened place! A must try place if you haven't! This chicken place will definitely tingle your taste buds! I ordered the fried chicken wings and the fried chicken tenders and they were so good, that I am addicted to them. The sauces are also very good. I especially love the haberno mango sauce and the honey mustard sauce. The crumbs and the marination are to perfection. The fries were very good too. The French fries there tastes Iike Belgian fries which is very rare to get here in Philly. The portion is huge and the people working there are so friendly. I really enjoyed my honey glaze wings. No complaint about the taste of the food. But I watched the person preparing my food touch my bread with his bare hands after dealing with money. Then he did put on a glove, but took it off and put it back on and proceeded to touch my stuff with the glove he had taken off. And then he blew into the glove to make it expand so he could put it back on his hand. And proceeded to touch the food. Very unsanitary. It’s a shame because my food was good.
