This place is the absolute worst. The level of service is terrible. The staff is very unprofessional and dismissive. If you have a concern they will treat you as if you are bothering them. This facility do not need any funding at all from the state. When you request to speak to the director;that request will be ignored. I guess if you have mental health issues you are not worthy of proper decent care; or respect. During the second part of my intake the psychiatrist wasn’t listening to anything. Then told me can I call you back that’s my other line. This is my appointment time. My first intake I gave this facility my FMLA paperwork to this day I have not received that paperwork back. That was over 2 months ago. Needless to say my time at my employer was not covered and I was fired. I was getting weekly over the phone therapy for about 2 weeks. Since the holidays that just kind of fell off. If you are in need of mental health help please don’t waste your time at this place. Your mental health will become worst. This is the type of treatment offered in urban areas. They will be quick to request funds from your Social Security Trust, or insurance. This person that responded to this review just have to look concerned for reviews. Today is 01/16/2025. I literally sent my contact information right after the response. Nobody has responded. Prime example. I finally caught up with the director. I had one therapy session since this review. Then I received a message I can’t get thearpy at my scheduled time, because something came up. Not only did I lose my job; I’m about to be denied disability. No updated evaluation from doctor. No diagnosis nothing. After talking to the director it’s because I didn’t get a follow up appointment. Unfortunately this is what the state insurance pay for. The way black people get treated with mental illness in urban areas is unethical. Then we get judged because the crime rate is higher. The wonderful life of living in the United States...

I WAS REACHING OUT FOR THERAPY FOR MY CHILD AND LET ME JUST SAY AFTER ALL OF THE RUN AROUND THEY GAVE US I AM TOTALLY CONVINCED THAT THIS NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION IS FRAUDULENT. I'M CONVINCED THERE'S SCAMMING TAKING PLACE. I ADVISE ANYONE HAVING THESE VERY VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES WITH THIS FACILITY TO REPORT THEM AND HAVE THEM INVESTIGATED. THAT'S WHAT I'M DOING. I'LL LET U ALL KNOW HOW IT GOES. I'M NOT DOING THIS BECAUSE THEY'VE FAILED ME AND MY CHILD BUT FOR EVERYONE THAT HAS BN FAILED BY THIS NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION . Bro if you ever have any urgent mental health issues do NOT come to this place it has taken me from december up until i’ve written this review to even get my medication the psychiatrist is never there and he doesn’t even seem qualified to give out medicine the entire place is just unorganized none of the nurses even answer the phone i’ve had to literally constantly bother rite aid my sled because these people were too lazy to fill out prioritization forms and then as I tried to get it figured out they put people ahead of me and so I had to curse them out in order to even get my things done save you’re self...
