The worst drunken noodles I've ever had from a restaurant. It has tomato sauce in it for some reason, Italian basil (not Thai), and seems to be void of any soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, or chilis - y'know, the things that make Drunken Noodles.... Drunken Noodles. This is some other noodle dish entirely. It's not disgusting but it's not drunken noodles. See photo of this dish attached. We also ordered sushi and tofu general tsos - the sushi was relatively mediocre but was priced competitively. General tsos tofu was void of any spice, even though we specified medium. Sauce was overall kinda bland. If you want BASIC Chinese food, this place might be fine but I'd steer clear away from the Japanese, Vietnamese, or any of the "fusion" dishes. I would rate it a 3/10 if I could and am judging purely based on take out which was ordered direct from their website. 1.5/5 stars

Have been ordering from here and the food is really good. The order takers are nice on the phone. Food is prepared to order and arrives fresh and hot. If you ask for more sauce on your lomein they take the time to add it. Their menu is extensive, something for everyone. Their portions are very generous for the price. So far, their egg rolls, their gzoya, their boneless spare ribs, their chicken lomein, their egg Foo young, their general tsos and their beef and broccoli have all been good. I am happy to have found this place.

Visited my cousin in downtown Philly and my bf was craving Chinese food so we ordered from here. Seamless was quick with the delivery, my cousin enjoyed his sesame tofu and my bf enjoyed his sushi. The shrimp fried rice that I ordered was NASTY, no egg or veggies in it at all. It was basically grease rice with some shrimp. Would not recommend it unless you’re starving.

Awful customer service. Ordered the Happy Family that came with shrimp, lobster, and choice of meat. We tried specifying the choice of meat while placing the order, but was only given that meat with no shrimp and lobster. It was an odd misunderstanding, but forgivable. They offered to replace the dish, but we had to give back the food we initially got. Once the driver came, he was angry and almost yelling, trying to argue over who's fault it was. After taking back the food he just had a tantrum and just tossed the food away into our recycling bin. He made an effort to throw it hard enough so we would have to clean the food up ourselves. We were even going to tip him for the extra food, since he had to make the extra trip. But somehow taking already eaten food back just to throw away right in front of us seemed to be the better choice for...

The only reason why I won't give less than three stars is because this place does have great food and the service at one time was on point. Some of the hosts/hostesses. (at least the current one) in particular, as of late are causing the quality of this establishment to go downhill. Not having knowledge of menu selections while working at a resturant, especially as a host(ess)/waiter(ess) is not a good look. Arguing with return customers- who spend their money and know what they like+what they always order-because you lack knowledge of the menu where you work, then getting part of an order wrong, is worse. I've enjoyed the food from here, it's great, but my time as a customer has ended. Hopefully they will get more reliant individuals to...
