Laura was AMAZING! I went in to take my very dark, outgrown hair and get some blonde highlights added. She took the time to explain everything that she was doing and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. Not once did Laura make me feel like I was rushing her or asking for too much. She made me feel like I was priority number one, even stayed late for me. Not to mention the fantastic job she did to my hair! Beautiful salon! Lida (I hope I did not spell wrong) is AMAZING! I was greeted with hugs and offers of water and coffee. She spoke w me before I was even in chair. She listened to what I was looking for, and went above and beyond. She explained all the products, as well as every step of what she was doing as she cut my hair. The other staff was friendly and attentive to me and their respective clients as well. I left feeling so happy and my hair pretty! For the first time in my life, I made a next appt. I just left this place and had a very bad experience, the lady had nice manners but I went there to get a braid and got out with a headache a bunch of hairspray a $90 charge and 25 Bobby pins, this wasn’t what I expected at all, nor looked anything like the picture I showed, overly priced for two simple braids. While the lady was nice she kept pulling my hair a lot and just said I had a sensitive scalp, she also seemed in a rush for her next appointment.
