Bally’s Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

If you like having a bad time with bad food come on down to Bally, the place where dreams don’t come true. Ordered food from their online delivery service and my order was missing toppings. I called the customer service number that text delivered updates. The rep says he will call and when he called me back Bally says to him the order was delivered correctly with no issues. I drive to Bally and the looks on these peoples’ faces surprised, like I was going to just eat the messed up food. The lady at front walks to back to get a guy who I guess is the manager. He looked high out his mind eyes red blinking one eye at a time while leaning to hold himself up from falling. He tries to make up some excuse as though he was about to have the online company or his delivery driver drop the food off. I asked ok where’s the new order, and he says to the cook make it now. The lie and untrustworthy individuals working her is very discerning because if I did not come to this place to have my order corrected. They would have kept my money and not resolved the issue. Terrible not clean and service bad do not eat from here. I ordered special pizza and cheese fries, delivered to house. The cheese fries just had hot sauce, salt, and pepper. The pizza was soggy. Called they told me we gonna check cameras and call back. Thankful I drove to the place because I got every excuse under the sun. The cook telling the cashier he put cheese on the curly fries order do another customer by mistake. The owner telling lies about he was going to send the order out with his driver be he couldn’t get in contact with and the were closing in 30min. As I look around waiting for refund, the establishment is filthy. I've been a loyal customer from the beginning. But to take my money and don't deliver my freaking food it's disrespectful. If the lady in the store would take her freaking time maybe I would have my food. I ordered at 10 just to call hour and a half later to NOT have my food. I called the store and it's closed. I had to call ballys 2 to get an answer from the great manager. However tomorrow morning I need my money 💰 refunded yall just LOSt a loyal customer.
