La Casa del Sandwich — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I order a triple Sándwich con todo y extra mayo ketchup when I got home my sándwich was made with only meat and it was dry, I called the resturant a girl answer the phone i explain what happened with the sandwich she said she didn’t care and when I asked for the manager she said she was the manager then I proceeded to ask for the owner or someone that’s above her, she said they where not there because they on vacation. I came in to the restaurant there where two girls there I ask for the manager one of them said she was the manager the she changed her story and said that the manager had left didn’t care about my complaint has a customer but when I asked for my money back she said place the sandwich & not give me my money. I ordered through Uber eats. 2 ham and cheese sandwiches with extra mayonnaise and no tomatoes or lettuce on one, extra pickles on the other. And we ordered cheesecake, a treat we were looking forward to. The sandwiches were inedible. The one with pickles had just pickles (disgusting, cheap pickles), mayo, one slice of ham and some white, soft cheese… no tomatoes or lettuce, on some flattened roll. The other sandwich had mayo AND ketchup, one slice of ham, and soft orange cheese. Ketchup on a ham sandwich? Who makes garbage like that? So the sandwiches went into the trash. We were looking forward to the $6 a slice cheesecake, it was some of the worst cheesecake I’ve ever encountered. Dry, no crust, random yellow and red jelly for toppings… trash! Sandwiches are good but good luck trying to order for delivery thru uber eats or doordssh. Don't understand why they have the service if they don't like using it, it's either for pick up only or closed. The girls on the phone are rude ,they sound so miserable talking on the phone and will slam the phone when hanging up. If you don't like your job then quit, it's not the customer's fault your life is so miserable. Other than that Sandwiches are good but sometimes the bread is not fresh so when they toast it, by the time you eat it it kind of cool down so the bread will get rubbery.
