Just left there…. POOR customer service! I been going to this location for yrs now and today the guy working there thought he was going to argue me down about how I wanted my order. Crabs in a pan with seasoning and butter! I told him I don’t want my crabs thrown in no damn bag with seasoning! The crabs was dry and he took it upon himself to but my butter on the side!! If I’m spending my hard earned money, MAKE MY ORDER THE WAY I WANT IT! Period! I’m not going back and forth! Also, ALL THE females are ghetto and rude! They take orders with an attitude, rude tone, and just lazy! Customers can literally be staying here and they will be so busy on the phone and sitting on the counter just unprofessional! Scarfs ob their heads, one sitting there looking slow always like she don’t want to take the next order! Like what???? 🤔 I don’t know what got into these people that come to work and don’t look like they want to work‼️ The whole staff need to do BETTER! And one of the chicks said something under her breathe…. It’s nothing for me to tell any of them off and have that ish shut down! Bottom line! They filled out the application to work there so having a attitude because you have a job to do is NUTS! They need to reconsider who they hire, so ppl are too ghetto to wait on customers! AGAIN! This was my fourth time there. Every time I come there is new faces, so that tells me ; either they don't pay much or management is bad. Anyway I always order the special platter with the 3 sides. It was 52 then they changed it to 44. That is dollars. Ok once I'm finished my order is usually about 70 or 80 dollars, because I want more. This time I went , it was bad . The lady taking my order didn't want to come to see what I wanted. I had to tell her to come & look. She was new so she was asking the lady that I always see everything. That was fine, now what wasn't fine was the dungeonees crab & the king legs. The dungeonees crabs were spoiled & the king crabs was missing legs. It wasn't even hot, & it looked like someone had ate some of my order. I called to talk about the order no one answered. Overall I see why it's like it is. Pros: °The snow crab clusters were delicious.
°The lady taking orders was funny and very personable

Cons: °The shrimp were a nice size but overcooked
°The crab cake sandwich, is absolutely the worst I've ever had. I realize that Crab cakes aren't easy to make, but a deep fried puck of breadcrumbs with some crab in it, served on a plain dry bun, for $9.99 is NOT acceptable.
°I didn't notice any seasonings other than a weird butter flavored margarine. No Old Bay. No paprika. No parsley. Not even a little black pepper.
The whole thing smacks of people cutting corners, using the cheapest ingredients, and doing the absolute minimum to produce a barely passable meal. Then you get charged a premium price. We spent $150 in there and only ate the clusters and a few shrimp. The rest went right in the trash....
