Me and my husband went to this particular location last night because I had a late night pregnancy craving at around 7:30- 7:45 pm. I and my husband arrived at the location and found no one there out front but then an elderly Asian gentleman walked out so that he can’t take my order I had a few questions to ask him as I have severe allergies and dietary restrictions. I am severely allergic to pineapples and certain nuts so I asked if he could rewash the utensils so that I will not have an anaphylactic reaction just in case because the nearest hospital would be 30-45 mins away. I asked him over 5 times to clean the items again and he was very unprofessional and disrespectful to me despite the fact that I informed him that on my condition may I add that I am also heavily pregnant and I do not want to take chances with my allergies and it could have resulted in me being rushed to the hospital with harmful effects to my baby. I tried to call and ask for a manager but once again I was just shut down I love baskin robbins but the costumer service...
Read moreMy family and I will not be back here. Some of the rudest customer service I have ever encountered. I had 2 coupons from my email that came with QR codes-- a BOGO coupon as well as a birthday coupon. I told the employee and he asked to see the coupons (both very clearly sent from Baskin-Robbins), and told me he did not recognize the BOGO coupon and would not honor it. I asked why and he wouldn't say anything other than they won't accept it. I asked if he could just scan the QR code to check--- to which he responded, no, and the other employee (older- maybe his dad? not sure) told me that I was already getting a free cone.
I also asked to have my ice cream in a cup but with a cone on top-- the older employee told me nope. Have never heard of such a thing in all my years of asking for ice cream in this way..
Also, they don't offer samples-- ?!

I went to one branch and they didn’t have it, so I checked the app and found another location about 11 minutes away. I called to confirm if they had it, but the employee said they didn’t. On the app, it showed as available and I could place an order, so I called again and mentioned that. The employee replied, “It’s expensive, around $13!” I told him I was just asking if it’s available, not the price. Then he said it takes a long time to prepare.
