If I could give less than 1star...I would! Please remove the word 'soul food' from your logo as what I purchased was disgusting and lacked soul! I kindly requested a refund 2 minutes after purchase as I sat in the parking lot... once I realized the entire meal was not up to par and was told that I had to just deal with it...no refunds. I was offered a piece of cake as replacement for a $11 meal! Once I called for a manager/owner...Lisa confirmed that she would refund 50% of my meal even though I paid 100% for it??
