Big Ben Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I’m a start off by saying this pizzeria don’t care about their customers and their customer service is the most cruel they have not type of humbleness or humility to themselves… all they care about is greed of money more than their hospitality on keeping their customers happy!! I’ve been ordering from them for the past 6 hrs it was all good at first their customer service and hot deliveries but and then boom here comes a curve ball we experience for the first time a while ago of cold food delivery even with us always tipping good all the time so we called it in thinking they would be considerate for us and put themselves in our shoes but nope not one inch of remorse to top it off we was talking to a manager at that she was so rude and nasty didn’t care one bit of our concern mind you we bought food to feed our kids and grandchildren as well they did not care at all what we had to say or what happened. So now to fast forward until this day it’s been the same thing nothing changed everything we order comes cold and there’s no point of calling because it’s going to get no where with them!!! All I can say the devil himself disguise himself to be someone he’s not it’s a shame because this business has so much potential but will not get far because they put money first before their customers service!!! I will just keep them in prayer and hope God has...

So I rushed here after work to get a gelati because they're ice cream and water ice gelatis are absolutely amazing I don't know if it's homemade water ice and homemade ice cream or homemade ice cream and regular water ice or whatever it is but maybe it's the vendor if it's homemade I don't know but it's absolutely phenomenal that's the best gelati you will ever have I have not been able to find a gelati better than you can get at Big Ben's and for the price it is amazing so for 450 you can get a huge cup of water ice and ice cream for $450 at Rita's you get a tiny cup so anyway I rushed here after work to get here to get myself a gelati that I haven't had all year and I've been craving one and I noticed that I didn't bring my cards with me like I left my cards at work and I didn't have any cash on me and my tap to pay wasn't working so I thought I was screwed and I just can't get it but the awesome guy behind the counter who I assume was the owner because he just seems like a very leader type person but the awesome person behind the counter told me go ahead Just take it and next time give it to him That's something you don't find often and I really appreciate...

Salad gone wrong: I didn't want to post this review, but I was so bothered by it that I had to. I order the same large grilled chicken salad with lite lettuce and Italian dressing as my husband and I always order. Our orders are usually delivered to our home. We received our salads with wilted tomatoes, 4 thin strips of green peppers, an egg, red weak onions, grilled chicken and of course the lettuce. As upset as I was because I really like Big Ben salads, all I could say to my husband was, "I know inflation is bad, but I didn't know it would be bad on our order.". The salad looked so depressed, the tomatoes were wilted, the onions tasteless, the carrots were so small you couldn't even see them and the lettuce was mostly white. There wasn't even a hint of color in this salad. Dinner was ruined. Although I wanted to call Big Ben to complain, my husband told me not to, so I decided to vent on the review instead. Oh, almost forgot about the chicken. It was very tough to chew. It's unlikely we'll return to one of our favorite fast food restaurants. Salads are not recommended at the moment, at least not during these trying...
