C1 Bakery Café — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I came across this bakery on Google as I moved to the neighborhood. I ordered two beautiful birthday cakes from this bakery. The first cake was great exactly what I asked for. The second cake completely wrong down to the design. I even told them what to write on the cake and it was not the cake in the picture I selected from their menu.
