A few friends and I noticed this new Italian spot had just opened, so we called on a Friday night to see if they could take a big group — seven of us — and they were able to seat us pretty quickly. The place has a really nice outdoor seating area, and the indoor dining room is clean, modern, and all brand new. From start to finish, the service was excellent. The hostess and our server were super friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We ordered a bunch of appetizers to share, and honestly, everything was great — but the standout for me was the bruschetta. I’d absolutely get that again. For my main, I went with the lasagna, which was a generous portion and tasted incredible. My wife ordered the special for the night, lobster ravioli, and it was just as good. Prices were very reasonable for both the amount and quality of food or as my wife would say everything tasted so fresh, and the fact that it’s BYOB is a huge bonus — definitely saves a chunk off the final bill. I think it ended up being like $42 a person after tip. Since it’s so new, it feels like a bit of a hidden gem right now, but I don’t think that’ll last long. I have a feeling it’s going to be tough to get a table on weekends once word gets out. We’ll definitely be back — it’s already made our list of top Italian spots in Philly.

I recently visited Casa Nostra on a date and was seated in their outdoor section. The patio design was great and we enjoyed our location. We ordered the Caesar Salad as well as the Bruschetta. The Caesar dressing was rich and the Bruschetta tasted absolutely amazing with its fresh tomatoes and the bread was perfect. For our main courses we ordered the Chicken Fantasia and the special which was the shrimp ravioli with blush sauce which had lobster and scallops. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the lemon lime sauce was refreshing and addictive. But the shrimp ravioli was definitely the favorite of the night. The raviolis themselves were soft with the perfect amount of chew, and the shrimp filling was flavorful and delicious. The blush sauce worked perfectly with the dish and paired exceptionally with the lobster and scallops. Our server, Kay (I think that was her name), was kind and helpful. The staff was overall great and everyone from the host to the busters were doing a great job. Overall, I loved this new spot and the food was all delicious. Can’t wait to come back and more.

This cozy Italian spot is a total hidden gem! The food is delicious — fresh pasta, rich sauces, and classic Italian flavors done right. But what really makes it special is the patio. It’s quiet, leafy, and perfect for a relaxed evening with friends. Best part? It’s BYOB! We brought a couple of bottles of wine and lingered over dinner as the sun went down. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and unbeatable value. Can’t wait to come back!

Really terrible experience unfortunately. Showed for a 7:15 reservation for four people, that we made specifically for outside, and were told they didn’t have any tables available outside. They then said “several parties had shown up late and it wasn’t their fault” which was just a very strange thing to say. I think we clearly looked kind of pissed and the waitress was pretty short with us throughout the night. Didn’t bring us a wine chiller until we asked for one 30 minutes into the meal.

Food was squarely mediocre. Calamari tasted like it came straight from the freezer and was not fried well, “antipasto” salad was 3 little skewers and honestly just sad. The seafood pasta was pretty good albeit a bit bland. They gave us a free desert to apologize for the table - tiramisu was good.

After we left one of the friends we were with said that they received the wrong entree but were embarrassed to say anything so they just ate it.

All-in-all, really not great experience all around. Service not great, food not great, ambiance meh (who knows - maybe it was really...
