Ordered 2 slices online for pick up. Got to the corner of my block and received a call from the store stating they don't have any more slices..huh. it's 4:30pm on a Monday night and you don't have any slices. That got me to thinking, why wouldn't they just make another pizza? This place is surrounded by potential customers it's a daycare, barbershop, nail salon, bar, smoke shop and laundry mat on the same block. Not to mention all the kids walking home from school or getting off the bus so I know it's no way that they are stuck with slices at the end of the day. So that only leaves one reason why they would stop selling slices..they want you to buy a small pizza for literally double the price of 2 slices and it's the same amount of food. 2 slices is $4.00 small pizza is $8.10. Wow.. They have been doing this "no more slices" for a few years now and its really a turn off. My mom fell for this trap today and ordered the small pizza, since I was already at the pizza store by now I ordered fresh wings..wanted hot but I asked if hot was just hot sauce and one of the many ladies up front (not sure why they have so many employees just standing around-guess they get busy at night? One of them could have made more slices or updated online menu to remove slices lol) said yes it's just hot sauce so I ordered mild. Sidebar who is ordering unbreaded wings drenched in just hot sauce? I guess someone is. Finally got my order and they charge a fee to use a card, no atm. The size of the pizza is laughable for the price. Wings were cooked extra well like requested but not sure what the sauce was. Had hot sauce taste with something else (not butter). All in all it was just ok...but the no slices is a true turn off because greed is the only logical reason why they stop....at least have them til 6pm. Hot mess. Back to grubhub I go (some stores sell slices...

As of June 29 I will give a honest review on the cheesesteak I had. I got exactly what I asked for when it comes to my food ! Customer service on the other hand wasn’t the bed. The young lady on the phone was helpful and polite but the delivery driver? Terrible experience, for one he didn’t speak English hard to communicate with him, was about 15 mins late after he first called me, he did apologize for the inconvenience that was appreciated but they need to hire guys that speak English. 17$ for a cheese steak is kinda outrageous, meat chopped up well and filled to the top of the loaf. Loaf was a little too toasted for me , good amount of cheese , good amount of onions, and they remembered my side of pickles…. The cheese steak is worth 12$ max and that’s be generous, not sure if I will order that again because of the price but I am willing to try another items.

Never had a problem with the food always bought from here, In fact I spend alot of money here for my family. Today I ordered food for my family, the driver who delivered was very rude...If I missed your call just knock on the door its not that hard! The man flip out waving his hands in the air shouting do you want your food... like really? Get out of your car knock on the door I will open and u hand me the food that easy like come on. Need to hire better driver im sorry effective today Castor pizza lost me as a customer what a shame I spent in one order more than $100.00 due to my family being big... my kids was in the living room btw when this man was acting rude shouting like a ignorant person. If it wasn't for my kids he would of got all this food back and asked for a refund.... so sad all I...

Did not make my sandwich how I asked and we also spent 100$ on 1 order and could not get a free SODA! After repeat my order 3 times my food still was wrong… we love the food but for as much money we spend with them. They DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THERE LOYAL CUSTOMERS ..this a tuna GRINDER , no lettuce and I asked for my vegetables to be on bottom of bread! LOOK AT THIS SANDWICH

I’ve been ordering from Castor Pizza for 7 years now and tonight is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed. Ordered a plain pizza but it was dry and burnt. My daughter did not say anything but when I came and saw that, I was highly disappointed. It was hard as a rock with burnt cheese and no sauce. I called but you guys but you were already closed.
