Burger King — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Burger King on Castor Avenue is an excellent location to eat out at and has all the amenities that most restaurants in the area don't have. I can say that the parking lot is really nice and spacious with clearly line spaces. The outside of this Burger King is one of the newly renovated styles and all window advertisements are clearly seen. The inside is also newly renovated with wheelchair accessible, television screen, drink fountain for unlimited free refills which is needed because of the Philadelphia soda tax, and most importantly open bathrooms to the public. This place has high traffic volume so sometimes it can be a little messy but still the staff maintains the place in guidelines. The food orders are taken and then giving out within minutes with minimal mistakes if any. With the specials at Burger King now it is very affordable four standard items but special items now at any hamburger place get a premium and I do like that they wouldn't chase anybody off the property so you can just chill out as long as you like. All the workers are friendly and courteous. My only complaints is that this place doesn't stay up open...

The manager was not very friendly or even wanting to be a good business person. I stood out on the drive thru as per her request due to covid. This was after arguing that I wanted food for takeout. Since I wasn’t an Uber driver I could not wait in the lobby. I explained that I didn’t want to stand outside because it was cold, and she said my dining room is closed. I just wanted to use the COUNTER! She says to go to drive thru. So I do. I order my food, and walk to the next window. The woman there says, “oh you can’t order from here” I explained to her that I already ordered and just want to receive my food. So the manager comes over again, and I asked her, “ why couldn’t you just talk to me like a human being?” She gets annoyed and says, “I told you the dining room was closed” I then requested to get my food to check the bag and she refuses to give me the bag, because I didn’t hand her money first. After which she closes the window and locks the door. I proceeded to knock on the window for 7 minutes. She didn’t take the next persons order and ignored the window...

This Burger King is down the street from my house very convenient to bad i will not be goin here anymore nor will anyone i know last week when it was snowing i placed a online order when i got to the speaker i told them i wanted to order churro fries and i was picking up my order i paid for in the app the lady with thaw long unprofessional eye lashes says i can’t place a order i have to come in or drive around what mind u it was snowing and i had two small children in the car y would i have to drive around or come in just ring me up while im at the ordering speaker just very petty and unprofessional after i had already spent money im trying to spend more money and she’s telling me basically my child can’t have churro fries mind u it’s not even an option on the app so at this point i asked for the manager she says she’s the manager i asked for the store number she said he won’t answer that either i will so i will not be spending my hard earned money here and nor will...
