Hands down the best Chinese food I’ve had in Philadelphia!

Chang San is a true hidden gem. The flavors are bold, authentic, and always satisfying. Every dish I’ve tried has been delicious—from the Szechuan chicken to the seafood combo and garlic sauce specials. The portions are generous, the prices are super reasonable (most dishes under $10!), and the variety on the menu is outstanding.

One of the highlights is the kind and welcoming lady at the front desk. She’s always smiling, attentive, and makes you feel right at home. If you want to be treated with respect and feel confident about the food you’re eating, Chang San is the place to go.

It’s hard to find Chinese food that feels this homemade and high-quality without the high prices. If you’re in Philly and craving Chinese, Chang San should absolutely be your go-to...

I just moved into the area about a month ago. Since then, I've often checked in to the Ghang-San to order the usual Chicken with fried rice platter to eat for dinner. It's the only restaurant that I go to because the people there are very nice and polite. They also make sure your food is always hot and fresh and cooked according to the way they know that you'll like it, and that's usually before I even tell them. I couldn't ask for more, this is definitely my favorite restaurant...
