Chickie's & Pete's Crabfries at Citizens Bank Park — Restaurant in Philadelphia

The two women working behind the counter tonight, decided to gang up and bully my 15 year old daughter because she grabbed a bucket of fries that sat behind another bucket. While trying to apologize, they continued to yell and became very confrontational. My daughter got so nervous that she accidentally spilled the fries on the counter. The ladies continued to ridicule and make fun of her while she tried to clean them up. Out of pure frustration, my daughter tossed the fries back onto the counter and walked away. The worker started screaming for security and tried chasing my daughter “saying she stole fries” while I’m literally at the register trying to speak to the manager and pay for the fries that she accidentally spilled. Thankfully, the security guard that walked over to help, said that this happens often and to not worry. Their behavior was embarrassing and completely appalling. Section 322,...

Food:

The fries were a bit overwhelming with the over seasoned taste, felt like my mouth was being burnt alive. The cheese dip was the only thing keeping me from giving up on the fries, and it made the fries actually taste really good. I know some people who might like the overwhelming taste, but I am not one of those people.

Service:

The line was longer than Godzilla’s tail but the service was so good, we didn’t even have to wait 10 minutes!(probably because there are only 2 food items on the menu) and the sheer amount of smells in the air makes it impossible to resist buying a bucket.

I went to the Phillies game hoping to enjoy some crab fries and they were literally RAW!! I can’t believe more people aren’t complaining, as we watched the worker pull the fries out of the fryer within a minute. I got to enjoy 10 fries before the WHOLE $20 bucket was soggy, raw, and cold. This is ridiculous! I get it is busy, but absolutely no way should my fries be like this after having them for 5 minutes. Nor should I be watching the worker drop fries in the fryer and pull them back up within a minute! I WILL NEVER WASTE MY MONEY...
