Food - unimaginative pub fare all served a la carte that, while edible, is pretty forgettable. "Crab fries" are NOTHING MORE than just french fries with old Bay seasoning and a bland cheese dipping sauce. They'd be better if not marketed like the best fries in the world. I don't call french fries with ketchup on them "tomato fries", though it's no less absurd. 2. Serving method - VERY strange they pride themselves on serving food as it is made. Not a huge deal except that, since all a la carte, you will find your sandwich being delivered to you before anyone else's food and even before your sides. Imagine sitting at a table with your friends and being handed a sandwich on a plate, either eating it while no one else is eating or letting it get cold. Then once you are done your main course, your appetizer "crab fries" are delivered to the table to be shared. 5 minutes later your friends sandwich is delivered by itself on a plate, and now he is the only one eating. This was my exact experience dining here. For the consumer I can't see how this would be beneficial even at peak times. 3 - aside from #2, service was actually OK but hard for me to see past the weird...

Now they use warming stations which are full of not so hot food or empty because they can't keep up with the half time or intermission rush. OK, I get that, but they no longer give Buffalo sauce, celery and blue cheese or offer barbecue or honey mustard. The cutlets are rapidly shrinking in size.. You are expected to find something at the condiment station. The Coop offers blue cheese and ranch and Delco Steak gives a small container of Buffalo sauce with the Chicken cheese steak. It's called customer service and hospitality for a reason. Sorry, but I'll make my own "Old Bay" fries at home. I don't even eat the cheese sauce. They won't...
Read moreHaven't been in the Wells Fargo Center since before the pandemic. Stepped in here to get a couple of drinks. Costs were to be expected, if you want to $8 beer you go to your corner bar not a place like this. My friend and I both got doubles, definitely a heavy pour but that's okay. The bartender put a splash of cranberry for us after the fact to help. They were super friendly and...
