I ordered from this location frequently during the pandemic. I placed an order Friday (6/11) afternoon which included a stromboli. The man that took my order had a heavy accent. He asked me if I wanted green peppers and onions and I said "no". My children do not like them. I received my stromboli and it had green peppers and onions. When I called, he talked over me and called me a liar several times. I could barely get a word in. I asked for a manager and he hung up on me. I called back and he answered and continued to yell. I told him I was in disbelief about his behavior, especially since I ordered from them all of the time. He responded "a lot of people order from us all of time." I said I won't ever order from there again and he said they didn't care and hung up again. It's sad and disturbing to treat a customer that way and to have a man yell at...

Yes, I know "the help" can be abrupt. They are trying to get orders in out as fast as they can. This is a popular spot. Chris manages as best he can. I was there today picking up a large order. He was at the counter and saw that it was too much for me to manage. The delivery guy and the pickup person were both near the door. However, it was Chris who came out to help me. He carried half the order to my car. In the past he has made other accommodations.

This is my suggestion: Try to treat yourself at an off peak time, like a Monday before 6. If it's this fine food you want at a comparable price, during peak hours pick it up yourself. Still there might be a wait.
