Never order online with this company!!!!I was visiting my grandmother with my mom not too far from this establishment yesterday. I placed an order with Staceys Avenue and was dissatisfied . To start , It was horrible service and the food was not good.I order online using slice. The order went through the normal tracking period which is designed nicely in the app. However, it had been almost an hour after the estimated time that the app said my food was to arrive and we hadn't received anything. I called the establishment to only find out they had no idea about my order. They first said it left with a driver and would have to call me back to check on it. Only to find out when they called back that the order never printed as they mentioned they were having problems with their printer so they never started the order. Ironically, my sister who lives In the area had mentioned after we were waiting for our food for so long that she had ordered through grub hub with staceys once before and they told her they were having issues with her order not printing. It wasn't until I called the store to check the status of my food to find out it was the same issue. That is unacceptable. That means the never fixed their printer issue. At this time it has already been 1 hour 30 mins past the time I was supposed to have gotten my food. I would had asked for a refund but I was ordering for three other people that really was waiting for the particular item. A whopping 2 hours and 39 minutes after I was supposed to get the food , the driver had no idea how to find the home. I had to go outside and be on the phone with him for 10 additional minutes to direct him to where I was. And after all of that the chicken platters ordered were small baby wings which were supposed to be while wings that looked like they were the size of wings dings. That in itself was disappointing as my grandmother ordered the whole wing platter specifically cause she wanted a whole wing. Also the chicken was seasoned with too much salt my grandmother (who has ordered from them previously and was waiting for the food ) and my mother who was impatiently waiting ( hungry after having not eaten half the day) couldn't eat it because it was so salty it would have raise their blood pressure. My Stromboli wasn't great and after all the hassle the food was not worth it. Money wasted. They gotta do better as the whole experience was not good. If in that area again I would never order...
Read moreThis place is the ABSOLUTE WORST!! If I could give no stars I swear, I would. I Placed a delivery order of basic chicken fingers and fries. That was at 1:19pm I called back at 2:33pm to find out why I haven't received my order yet. The lady that answers is very nice but she could not even find my slip. I paid with my card and of course my acct is negative $13.71 yet I have no idea where my food is! Finally, out of frustration and hunger I canceled my order and placed another at another food chain. Well, still I have not gotten confirmation that my money has been refunded. She said she would call me back in 5 mins and refund my money. Needless to say I havent gotten that call. I will be calling back to press them to refund my money. This place is the worst!! Delivery takes forever and they mess up orders alot!! I ordered a cheese steak with Mayonnaise ketchup fried onion pickles and hot peppers. The cheese steak cost $12. Which I expected but what I did not expect was a dry cheese steak no mayonnaise and ketchup. There was more bread than steak. I bit into the steak although it appeared dry and the bread fell apart. This is supposed to be an Amoroso roll. Needless to say, I am dissatisfied. To put the icing on the cake, I called and informed the owner about my concerns and she says," thank you have a nice day!"
