Honestly wish I could give NO STARS this location needs a entire new staff, me & my daughter go at 8:30pm (sign posted & online says they close at 10pm) I pull the door open & go to walk in an a staff pushes us out the door & says we aren’t taking anymore costumers… mind you there’s atleast 20-25 IN LINE your NOT suppose to close until 10pm what’s the issue, sad to say it but it seemed like it was the color of our skin.. (I don’t like the race card crap cause my kids are mixed) I asked for a corporate phone number and the girl who pushed us out the door sent a manager over.. she had no idea what the number was AS A MANAGER you should know these things.. I think she said her name was “Brianna” once I brought up that it wasn’t closing time and the amount of people in line she started screaming WELL JUST COME IN THEN BEINGS YOU NEED ICE CREAM SO BAD.. I did call corporate & left a message and my contact information & I will call on a weekly basis until something is done because this is absolutely NOT how staff or a manager should treat any guest.. I will not be returning to this location anymore which will be a BIG LOSS on their part.. I’ll also be sure to share with friends, family & social media platforms! Sincerely a disgusted...

Not if you do it my way...between coupons in the Sunday paper and reward points/coupons most of the time it's less expensive then other forms of "special occasion" indulgences...and everyone feels they got the special treatment because they have....everything is made to order...i would suggest looking at their website to see if they're running any specials,see if they've changed any of their reward factors...so you can make the most of their discounts...see if you should sign up for rewards before you go...or wait until you go and sign up in the store...you'll understand why once you read "membership"(at no cost) perks...and remember those cups,that look so little,hold a meals worth of ice cream....so you'll save on your dinner bill also...at our house we always do the desert first on...
Read moreI used to come to this location years ago in a weekly basis. Still good, but they are not letting anyone else inside. There are signs at door with menu items, and a young person at door taking orders. My suggestion do as I did do your order online, free of charge, self explanatory menu and easy to navigate. My oder was ready when I got there I spent a little extra time at line because the client in front of me did not know how or what to order. In reality it was my child's first time there and I wanted for her to have the full cold stone experience, but it wasn't possible for now. At least she enjoyed what she order. Her ice cream 🍦 cone was well packed. I was expecting a little mess but that didn't happen. PLS REMEMBER TO ORDER AHEAD OF TIME. BETTER FOR YOU AND THE PEOPLE STANDING IN LINE...
