Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Never ordering from here again. I ordered online delivery a few weeks back at about 8:30pm. After waiting an hour and a half I called to check in and they said it was the next one to go out. it was pretty obvious they somehow missed my order but I decided to wait. I gave up and went to bed around 11. After midnight I get a phone call waking me up that my order was here. I said I wanted to cancel it, that I was asleep and they said I’d have to wait until the morning. I said fine just give me the food since I was still hungry. I get to the door and the driver was pulling away. I had to yell to get their attention. The pizza wasn’t even fully cooked. I got a coupon for a free pizza so I thought I’d try again, and his time it took 2 hours for the driver to come. I was in the bathroom for 5 mins while the driver called twice. I called back and he said I’d have to wait longer because they have 5 deliveries. I asked why he didn’t ring the bell (like it is clearly stated on my directions for drivers), and he got real nasty and said none of this is his problem, repeatedly. Was sooo happy to see a Pizza Hut in the area! Although it wasn't the traditional dine in restaurant I've grown up loving as a kid with the delicious salad bar we grew to love both as a kid and young adult but I'll take what I can get at this point! Sick of seeing Pizza Hut commercials that look so delicious yet we have 0 around our entire Northeast Philly area!

Bring back the Hut!! While your at it also bring back Book It for the kids of today! Do people not realize that after eliminating the things us millennials grew up loving and learning about these new generations of kids became so soft or little AHoles (yup I said it and nope I'm not sorry about it!) Reading Rainbow, Magic School Bus, Mr Roger's, Math 24 Competitions and BOOK IT!

It was delicious though and I'm glad I finally have a spot to get my Pizza Hut fix at! Now let's bring back Dine In Restaurants where kids can get back to celebrating their sports game WINS (& LOSES!) , Schools & Recs can fundraise again and kids can enjoy reading for some free Pizza again! Don't forget the famous Salad Bar...

Order was delivered by a Uber biker, when delivered the pizza sauce and cheese were all to one side and the drinks were not delivered. My wife and I drove to the order location to get a new pizza made and were greeted by an employee looked over the order and agreed to remake the order. The only problem I can speak of is when I requested he make both pizzas so that when I get home both pies are hot he hastily threw one pie in the warmer and while walking away said I’ll keep it warm for you! I did not expect or demand an apology but I believe we were due common curtesy as this establishment conducts business with a third party delivery service and as such is liable for the end product! Rather than cause a scene at the business we will choose to spend our money elsewhere...
