Ordered based on the reviews for some reason I am not a big fan of their bread. This is my first order to make it seem like the bread was pre-baked rolls or thaw, and serve or something I got the chicken Parmesan sandwich. It just seemed like there was no love, put into the sandwich. The Italian meat was good in the Italian with the roasted peppers that I ordered but again the bread was white. It was the same kind of roll that they used for the chicken Parm sandwich, but it was almost like it was not baked, and it looked like it had baking rack marks on the bottom like it was factory made. Maybe I’m being too critical I don’t know I just know that Brad was not the best at all and that is their claim. It starts with the bread. Sorry not my go to. So we took a couple bites of the Italian sandwich about an hour later so I recant on that part to review the sandwich is actually pretty good I guess with all the meat and stuff soaked into the bread, gave it some life, but still the chicken Parm I think needed some love I’ll change my review for...

I found this place on GrubHub. Came to Google to read the reviews, and they were great. So, I ordered. Lol. I made the mistake of ordering a FULL sandwich. It was literally the length of my entire arm! Not really a problem, but I wasn't expecting it to be so much food! A full sandwich can easily be split more than one way, unless you're very hungry. I ordered a turkey burger hoagie & wings. I am a bread girl, 100%. Just the bread on the hoagie alone made it very clear to me that I'd be ordering again from this establishment. The bread was delicious and fresh. I'm not sure, but if I had to guess I'd say they make their own bread. The wings were delicious. Not too soggy, and just the right amount of crunch. Less than a week later, I found myself ordering again thinking about that darn bread! I got a chicken Italiano with extra cheese and I got the half this time! This sandwich was DELICIOUS. I was a loyal customer and order at least once every two weeks. I decided to switch up my order and get onion rings w/ ketchup. The onion rings were horrible. I called back and spoke w/ the manager and he was rude. The manager got upset and continued to be rude stating that he talk to me 5 X’s. We had two conversations because he was very short and rude during our conversations. He is replacing my onion rings but his tone from a loyal customer was disrespectful. The onion rings never came. I will never order food from them again based on his unprofessional style. Customer service first. I was a friendly and loyal customer.
