Cozy Bar — Restaurant in Philadelphia

This bar is known 2 serve large drinks for years(1 single here is like a double & a 1/2 EVERYWHERE else). It's a urban bar that needs a MAJOR OVERHAUL, its look the same since i was n my 20's over 20..Mona & Joy are vets & r great @ what they do....They have a kitchen that's not operational...The female bathroom is a nice size but smells of urine, the bar stools are ripped & sticky from the duct tape thats on them.They don't serve mixed fruity drinks,the dont have a large selection of wines..the only way out is the only way in besides the back door by the kitchen...place is super dated but is a great spot to get large drinks for...

They make assumptions about people. Mt grandmom for our of the car without her cane and she fell she has weak knees and other health issues we got In the Bar and the bartenders joy and Lisa would Serve is because they assume Mt grandmother was drunk. Straight up hood bar known for its large drinks. Did i mention it's a hood bar! Older crowd of very nice people. NO Ambiance What So Ever.
