I'm from "The Strip" in West Philly, but I live in Houston now. I wanted to taste home when I visited this summer. My friend took me to this place and it didn't disappoint. Friendly staff. Fair prices. Delicious, fresh, quality fried chicken wings, crab sticks, gizzards. It was worth every calorie and penny. Went back twice during my stay in Philly. The bourbon chicken was terrible. By looking at the chicken you can tell that it was badly burned. I gave it a try anyway and it was overwhelmingly bitter. I could have waited longer so they can remake the chicken but they decided to let the customer eat the burnt food anyway. Very disappointed and would never order food from this...
