D's Caribbean and American food — Restaurant in Philadelphia

My experience face-to-face with the people was good. But they need to hire people who knows how to take orders and knows exactly what to do and do not forget the people's orders and make sure to get everything that they order in their order in the bag If a person said red beans, a Rice, then they should have red beans and Rice on that platterwithout red beans and Rice, it platter does not taste good at all. I'm not some people I eatred beans and Rice, I prefer that before I eat the rest of that greens. Or maybe the gambs or the Mac and cheese but that's what I like. And I always make sure that I had the red beans and rights every time I ordered my and this time for the second time, I didn't get it, and I call back to talk about it, and dude from the store acted like I called there to argue with him about my food talking about I. I stopped here to try them out for lunch and leftovers since I hurt my hand and did not want to make do with my cooking. They are about there business and I'm assuming Black owned. The kitchen is in view of the ordering area. Looked clean and nothing off putting. I ordered the large salmon platter with included 3 sides. I choose cabbage, macaroni and sweet potatoes. My nephew wanted the medium fried whiting and 3 sides greens, macaroni and sweet potatoes. They mistakenly boxes up the small whiting but still included the 3rd side. Pro's and reason for the 4-stars - generous portions, the cabbage was freakin' amazing, loved the salmon, the whiting was delicious, greens are not my fav food but my sister likes them. They taste like they use vinegar to flavor them. It's a preference thing. Con's - the package some were wrapped other were not and the leaked. The macaroni and cheese tasted like it is made with cheese sauce and my family prefers cheddar mixed with other real cheeses and baked, the sweet potatoes are pureed with a seasoning I am not able to identify. Our fam was not a fan of the mac or the potatoes. I'm pescatarian and this has more seafood options than most Caribbean spots. I will definitely return for the fish and cabbage. Ingredients

Pasta Noodles Butter Milk Salt/pepper/onion powder/garlic powder/Paprika Sour Cream Mozzarella Jack cheese Cheddar cheese Gouda cheese Velveeta cheese

1.Boil Noodles as instructed on box Strain Noodles once cooked add butter and milk to Noodles mix together 3.Add cheeses and seasoning (might need to add more milk and or butter) Add sour cream (trust me) Mix everything evenly add Paprika on top BAKE in oven covered for 30mins remove cover and bake for additional 10mins until the top and edges are crispy.

Yall really need to follow this recipe because the Mac sucks here. It tastes sweet and different every time I order.
