Dimension Sports Bar — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I give it a 3 star for the first time ever after going there for so many years, knowing they have been a 5 star in my eyes since I've never had an issue before. I spent new years eve twice before and it was like always, awesome. Bartenders are great (most), vibe amazing, etc. Last night wasn't the exception until it was time to get my tab. The same bartender happy and jolly gave me the tab. I asked her to split in half like I always do and never had an issue before. The bill was $148.26 then when she split it and gave me my change which I was giving her another tip aside from the 15% gratuity already charged on bill. When she split it, the numbers were odd. When I calculated it, it went up to $157 and some change. She then grabbed the 3 reciepts (the original, and the 2 split ones) I asked her to give them back to me and she crumbled them up and said she wasn't giving them back. I tried speaking to a manager and nothing was done. The bartender literally called me a drunk when as a bartender she was more drunk than I was. Watched her drinking all night. To me that was just disrespectful, because I am a customer that was talking to her trying to understand how it went up $10 more dollars. She didn't have to steal from us since we were gonna give her more tip anyway. Her loss and my disappointment from Dimensions. First issue ever in regards to money. What a shame. Came to watch the Copa America game with my fiancé. I read the reviews before making the decision to go and after reading some of the negative reviews about issues with tabs, we decided that we were gonna give it the benefit of the doubt and enjoy an evening out to watch the game. After closing out our tab, I double checked the order and realized that they had charged us for 4 doubles rather than the 3 that my fiance drank. I addressed this to the bartender and told her I didn’t need a refund but I didn’t wanna pay for something he didn’t drink and suggested she just give him another drink since we already paid for it. She insisted that he did drink it. I was next to him the entire game and had only two beers myself so I can be aware of everything surrounding me. We both told her he didn’t drink it and she assured us that he did and would not speak about this further. Then she suggested she get the manager so I can speak to him and we waited until the manager came. The bar cleared out and still no manager ever came to see us. Double Check Your Receipt!!👏 They charged me shots and extra drinks I did not order! I went here with my sister and her boyfriend for the New Year to welcome 2025 and I left my tab open two different times. It was our first time coming here. We only had mixed drinks and two bottles of water each. The DJ was good, I wanted to see if the other side was better so I closed my 1st tab. I signed the receipt, tipped cash, and took a picture so we could split the bill later. The other side was more mariachi music, not my vibe so I went back and we ordered another round. We ended the night, I signed that receipt, took a picture, and tipped cash. Tell me WHY the next day I analyzed both bills and these jerks charged me extra drinks and shots?
