I placed my order at 5:11pm. My order didn't arrive until approximately 6:20pm. As I inspected my order I found that the pizza I ordered for myself was made incorrectly. I called the store and they said they were sending out another one. Another hour and 20 mins later, at 7:41pm, I had to call back because I still had not received my replacement pizza. The young lady I spoke to was super sweet and said that the new pizza was made, however it was left out for too long and they had to make another one. I asked how long it was going to take for me to get that one and she said it would be around 20 mins. I waited another hour before I called back, again, at 8:38pm, to find out what was going on. The manager I spoke to said that it was on its way as it had just left the store. Almost 4 hours after I placed my order, my pizza arrived. Sadly, the toppings had shifted and it wasn't fully cooked. I had issues with this location before where they sent the wrong pizza and where I placed an order for pickup ahead of time, got there, and I still had to wait another 10 mins. This is the only Domino's in my area that delivers so it's sad that I will not be placing any orders, for pickup or delivery from this location, ever again. UPDATE 11/8/19:I don't know why I continue to order from the Domino's at 4222 N Broad St., Philadelphia, PA 19140. Once again, I placed an order for delivery at 5:15pm. A pizza and lava cakes. That's it. At 5:33pm, the tracker said my pizza was on its way. I only live about 15 minutes away from this location so surely I'd receive my order by 6pm. Nope. About 6:15pm, the tracker says my pizza has been delivered. It was not. I tried calling the store, but the number listed sent me to a voicemail. After spending about 45 mins on the phone holding for customer service, my pizza arrives at 7pm. I politely told the driver to take it back, I didn't want it, and I wanted my money back as I already placed an order for pizza from another establishment. This is not the first time they have failed to deliver my pizza in a timely matter. Read moreI would give this place a 0 rating if it was possible. Horrible customer service! I ordered my food a 8:43pm on a Sunday night. Never received my food. I had to call the store numerous times since no one was answering and the call kept going to the answering machine. Finally spoke to Ashley R. at 9:48pm in regards to the whereabouts of my food. She said that no one answered the phone and that the driver showed her that he/she called. I informed her that I didn’t receive a missed call from anyone. She said that she would send the driver out again. I gave Ashley R. my mobile number again to confirm that that was the number they had on file. She confirmed. I asked her to ask the driver to ring my doorbell if he/she doesn’t get an answer when calling for some strange reason. She said that she did. 10:32pm arrives, and I still have no food. I called again. I had to call 6 times before I got an answer, again, from Ashley R. I asked her for the whereabouts of my food, yet again. She said the driver brought it back because no one answered the phone. I informed her that once again, I did not have a missed call from anybody. I also reminded her of me asking her to tell the driver to ring the doorbell if he/she does not get an answer for some reason. Her exact words to me were, “you must be lying. I have no reason to lie to you. I don’t have control over what the driver does.” I asked for her to send the driver out again. She said “I’m not sending the driver out again after no one answered the phone.” And might I add, after no one rang the doorbell either. Ashley R was very rude and unprofessional. I ended up asking for a refund that she said will take 3-5 business days. I told her that if I don’t have my refund in 3-5 business days than I will be taking this up with corporate as well as the Better Business Bureau. She said “I don’t care. Read moreDeliveries take forever and if you ever speak to anyone there on the phone they will most likely be rude or unprofessional, once I called to see why my order was taking long to go our for delivery, an hour had went by since placing the order, the person who answered sounded miserable and mumbled something about "thank you for choosing dominos where the customer always comes first", I asked about my order and all he said was that it hadn't gone out yet, no reason as to why, then I let him know the number to call me once they're outside is incorrect and his reply was "what's your number bruh?", real professional, never ordering from them again until management does something about their employees. Edit: Today is August 30th 2018 and again this Domino's has messed up another order and is in no hurry to fix it, they delivered a sausage pizza instead of a chicken pizza, we double checked the tag on the box and it said premium pizza, normally I wouldn't mind and just keep the pizza but it was for my daughter and she doesn't like sausage so I'm here writing this review at 8:30pm, I called them to inform them of the mistake at 7:00pm, an hour and a half later and still no new pizza, no surprise though since these people obviously don't care if it's not their food.

Ordered a pie and cinnamon twists, normally the icing is inside the box, no icing, call them and they said they would come right back out with it, about 45 minutes go by (cinnamon twists cold by now) so I call just to make sure the icing is coming since is close to closing time, they tell me 15-25 minutes longer, never got my icing, thanks 🤦🏻♂️
