Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I visit This Dunkin donuts today at broad and Wyoming Avenue and I ordered a medium coffee and a plain donut and the cashier that waited on me got the old fashioned donut that I asked for just by me saying plain donut, I went to Several other Dunkin Donuts and they want to argue about me asking for a plain donut asking me do I want a glaze or old fashioned I said to them I want a plain donut and they want to go back-and-forth about glaze or old fashioned, A glaze donut is not considered a plain donut because it's covered with glaze. I went back to this Dunkin Donut the following and and I saw that same girl her name is Dominique and I told her how she made my day and I gave her $50.00 via CASH APP And she thanked me and told me I made her day as well. Good service...

This used to be a great place to order on the go but service has been getting increasingly worse. The Asian guy is always yelling at his workers and treats the customers like they annoy him. Two days in a row they did not give me all my items and not only did i have to travel back to the store, I had to argue for my items even after showing proof (receipt) to get my missing items. It's a shame because i've been going there for almost 10 years and will not be going back to THE 4700 N....

Broad and Wyoming: 7/17/19, 7:15am...the man at the counter asked for my order but continued to look elsewhere. Ok, not really a big deal, but then a woman came over to hand me the order when I was in the midst of paying. She plopped the coffees down with an attitude and walked away.
