Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Most horrible dunkin’ donuts!!!! I just bought a CARAMEL FROZEN COFFEE from here not even 10 minutes ago and they made me a caramel cream frozen coffee with all the whipped cream and fancy shit. when i told them that’s not what i ordered tried to argue and gaslit me that, that is what i ordered when its in FACT NOT and i order this drink at multiple different locations and never ran into them randomly adding the whipped cream and cinnamon sugar which I DO NOT like. They took the drink back and act like they “remade” it when really they scooped the whipped cream off and put into new cup and i can taste how sweet and sugary it is cause i have had the CARAMEL CREAM FROZEN COFFEE and didn’t LIKE IT. I have diabetes and this is not ACCEPTABLE!!!! Horrible...

I think this may just be the worst dunkin donuts ever! What a bunch of slow, idiotic people! The store was completely empty when we pulled through the drive through, not only could we not hear the girl taking our order but she got our order wrong and it took 10 minutes. By the time we finally got our drinks there were 5 other cars behind us and we could clearly see all of their orders lined up ready for them when we still didn't get ours. Been coming here for years. Will not go anymore. Recently changed managers and it is horrible! Drive thru guys were fast and very pleasant before. Now the girl taking orders is unbelievably rude. Last couple weeks drive thru takes 20 minutes or longer. Witnessed two employees (manager) yelling and cursing at each other the other day. On almost every other occasion the drive thru girl can be heard cursing. What happened to customer service and respect? Unless they change staff I will not...
