I went into this Dunkin this morning for a plain bagel, toasted, with butter. What I got was a disgustingly burnt bagel. How hard is it to not burn a bagel at a well known breakfast chain? There was one other customer and the drive thru was not crowded. There were at least 6 people working. Of course I didn’t see how bad they messed it up until I got to where I was going. I will NEVER be back. I recommend the McDonald’s at the other end of the parking lot.

This place is gross I went inside because the line to the drive thru was kinda long and I'm so glad I did I had a taste for 2 glazed donuts and I go in and I see what I thought was chocolate jimmies untill they started flying I couldn't believe it I said to the cashier are those bugs her reply after turning and looking was yes I said are you serious that's nasty the bugs were nats my suggestion if you're going to even attempt to buy anything from this place please go inside and check it definitely gave a reality check for...

Went this morning. Haven't been here in about a year or so. Literally didn't do anything I asked them. First off, I do not eat plain eggs. I asked for a sausage and cheese croissant, the guy repeated it back and a small iced caramel latte with sugar, whipped cream and Carmel swirl.. got home and the croissant had egg with it and when he gave me the latte I seen no Carmel on top.. typical!.. they really need to pay attention more. I don't care how busy it is in there... Everyone deserves their food the way...

I don't know WHAT HAPPENED HERE BUT THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWN HILL!!! THE 3 SANDWICHES I PURCHASED WERE SQUASHED AND THE MUFFINS WERE BROKEN IN TWO..AND IVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE THE GIRL WHO MADE EM JUS TOSSED MY BAG ON THE COUNTER AND ONE OF THE SANDWICHES FELL OUT THE BAG BUT SHE DIDN'T EVEN LOOK BACK!!!
