Dunkin' — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Sat at intercom for 5 minutes just for them to take my order. Then when I went around, there was only 1 car ahead of me at the window. That car was there for about another 5 minutes b4 they took the customers money. then it took a few more minutes just for them to get only 3 drinks. I told my wife that maybe they were understaffed and backed up but when I got to the window, there was 2 employees talking to each other at the window. This took another few minutes b4 they took my money then started to make my 2 coffees. The lady also tried to ignore me so she didn't have to give me my change back but I kept staring at her. then she gave me my change and mumbled something under her breath. The night shift should be restaffed cause the morning isn't this bad even when the line is wrapped around the building. The lady who mumbled something is the one that is always there when I have these issues. When she worked at the dunkin on broad and Wyoming, she was this slow also. The only reason why I keep coming here is cause it is the only dunkin with a drive thru in this direction. But soon that won't be enough for...

I’m going to start this off by saying I have nothing but love for the morning staff. They treat me well and always get my order right. But one of the biggest issues I have with ANY establishment is your OPERATING hours. If your sign says you’re open until 9, I understand locking up and not taking orders at 8:55. But why is it I can place an online order at 8:30? I live in the area so I jumped in my car and drove here. Got here at 8:54. Why are the doors locked and drive through gate closed? I sit at the drive thru thinking I’m early enough as a line of other anxious drivers whom ALL got there before 9 starts to pile up behind me. Nope. No service. But the kicker is there are employees inside, they just doing the closing duties to leave earlier instead of serving customers during their still open hours. If I could give this place negative stars I would. IM Lactose intolerance so when I order coffee I order it with Oat Milk. Today I did what I normally do and me and my GF got sick. I stopped going here and started going to the DD at 8th & Broad which was even worst & it was too far so I gave my neighborhood DD another try and they didn't let me down. It's a shame that everytime I enter Dunkin Donuts I have to play Russian roulette with my body. This is the last time I'll ever be buying from any Dunkin Donuts. Employees are rude, customer service depends on the weather and it's always a mess. You just lost a continuous everyday customer.
