Drink wise, I ordered a medium iced caramel latte and a large cold brew with extra sugar and cream with an extra turbo shot. The cashier asked if I wanted whip cream and sugar in the latte and I replied no. Upon receiving the drinks, there wasn’t an extra turbo in the cold brew as requested and I reminded the cashier and asked her to put it in, she said “it comes with 1 already”, which does not mean anything when I clearly asked for an additional 1. However, I let it go and received my latte, which is where I’ve had an issue with this particular location several times and is the reason I am fed up, refuse to use this location again, and request my money back. After ordering tons of lattes either as they come or with an additional turbo shot when I have a migraine, I know exactly when my drink is made incorrectly solely from the color without even tasting it. However, since it was the 3rd time within the last 2 weeks at this location is was made incorrectly, since I’m tired of wasting my money on a product I’m dissatisfied with, I took a sip and kindly asked if the drink could be remade because it didn’t taste like an iced caramel latte. Literally, the contents in the cup look like the contents in the milk bottle emoji, which is NOT a iced CARAMEL latte, and literally tasted like pure milk with a hint of coffee! The cashier took the drink and I heard a person in the back say “I’m not remaking that shit” followed by the cashier coming back to the window with the SAME drink in a new cup. To be fair, I took a sip, and told her it still was not made correctly. She then insisted it was but took the cup and stayed she'd add a “little bit more of a shot, because you may be thinking of an additional shot you sometimes get”. She walks away from the window and comes right back, within 10 seconds and as someone who was barista and who's had to wait on an extra shot to brew, it doesn’t happen that quickly. When she hands me the cup, YUP YOU GUESSED IT!!!! THE SAME DAMN DRINK FROM THE START! EVERYONE WITH COMMON SENSE KNOWS IF YOU ADD EXPRESSO, IT MAKES THE DRINK DARKER BUT IT WAS THE SAME EXACT COLOR! I TOOK THE DRINK AND LEFT, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED AT ALL! THIS LOCATION IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, FROM THE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE INCORRECT ORDERS, BUT IT WAS CONVENIENT ON MY WAY TO WORK! I VOW TO NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN! Read moreI can not make this up. I was ordering for a couple people for the bank. The order included the bacon egg and cheese with the bacon crispy. I made sure that I said that while I was on the speaker and the female said okay. When I pulled up to the window I noticed the receipt didn’t mention the bacon being crispy. So then I asked the girl at the window If she added the bacon crispy. This girl was so rude. She said “Well you have to ask for it crispy”. I don’t know her name but it was a black girl with a white jacket at the window. She then takes the bag in the middle of me trying to explain to her that I did order the bacon crispy, she shuts the window. I then hear her telling everyone that I never ordered the bacon crispy then she started laughing. I didn’t even get a straw for my drink. What’s all the drama for ? Honestly and respectfully, that was terrible customer service. Read moreThis has to be the worst over night shift in Dunkin’ Donuts history..They make you wait 20 mins for shift change at 10pm and then when you get to the window, they won’t even let you buy a sandwich..They tell you drinks and donuts only which is sad because I go here every night and spend my money but can’t even buy a sandwich because they don’t feel like making it..I swear if another location opens up 24 hours I will never go back to this dump again and it’s only in these kinda communities..I bet in the suburbs they wouldn’t do that…Remember that this is only the over night shift…The morning shift is the best I have ever seen..They are so fast and have awesome customer service skills and they make you feel like family..But that black older lady that has whole Conversations with her co workers while the mic is on you can hear her while Conversation threw out the whole line and the light skin younger girl is so ignorant it’s sad..They should...
