This location is nasty looking. Which is ashame because I believe that it only looks this way because of where it's located. I firmly believe that if it were located in the suburbs that it would be clean. I ordered food regardless as I was very hungry and this was the next best thing to get something cheap. I should've went with my first mind based off of the appearance but no I went ahead and purchased something. First off, the customer service sucked. Idk if it's because the staff was younger...actually that's not an excuse because Chick-fil-A has younger staff and their customer service is A1. So yeah, the young ladies in this store needed training courses on how to simply speak to a customer. They didn't even acknowledge me when I came in and when one did come to the register there was no greeting..she just stared lol and the overall customer service experience was very non engaging. Next my hash browns were cold and they did get me new warmer ones but the warmer ones were still old tasting. Not fresh at all. I'm sure they just popped them in a microwave. The pancakes were nasty but idk if it was this establishment's fault. I think they maybe would've been nasty regardless. Overall I absolutely could've saved my money. Someone needs to revamp the entire store, staff included. Because again, I'm sure the stores in the suburbs have fresh tasting food, a friendly staff, and at the very least a clean store. We deserve better. Just because we are in the "hood" doesn't mean just give us anything. I bet you if the neighborhood were to be gentrified then the store would do a 180. Read moreI ordered the mobile app a medium hot chocolate and a donut. Was in the drive-thru line for about 15 minutes in the line wasn't really moving. Figured I just go in and get my hot chocolate but the door was locked and a sign was on the door saying the lobby was closed. The young lady that was there did a hand motion for me to go through the drive-thru. Needless to say it 40 minutes in the drive-thru from me to get my hot chocolate and donut. When I asked the young lady why did it take so long She said that they were severely short staffed. To be honest I think she was the only one in there. Taking orders making the food and then cashing out the customers. This is very very sad. Due to the fact that this Dunkin donuts is not in the best neighborhoods it's a shame that whoever owns this establishment left this person in their by themselves to man the store just so they can make some money.
