Feltonville Express Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Ordered two large pizzas (sunday night) which were pretty mediocre, crust was too thick, no sauce, and the cheese tasted cheap didn't melt like you'd expect, edible but nothing great around the same ballpark as a frozen pizza. The pizza was cheap though and came on time, so you get what you pay for right? I wouldn't be writing this if I hadn't found a large piece of plastic in my slice and it had been taken care of properly.

I found it in my lunch at work (monday) so called during my break and let them know what I found. The manager I spoke to was nice, I sent a picture of the plastic in the pizza and he said I could receive a complimentary pizza. Mind you I had already bought two boxes so I didn't feel the need to claim it at that exact moment plus I was at work and wouldn't be home for hours. Asked if I could claim it a different day he said yes. Called in today (Thursday of the same week) to claim my pizza and a different manager refused to fulfill my credit.

He asked why I didn't claim it the same day I tried to explain and he cut me off saying I'd have to call tomorrow so the other manager could give it to me, which is ridiculous, and proceeded to hang up on me.

The two ladies i spoke to on the phone were nice and apologized even though they did nothing wrong. Won't be ordering here again. It's a shame the first manager was kind enough but the second manager doesn't seem interested in fixing/correcting...

I just had the worst experience with this place. They are false advertising on their menu. I called to order from the lunch special for business which is free delivery and it says so on the menu. The delivery person did not call when he arrived and when he did he was rude and didn’t even greet me. When I asked for change he looked at me at weird. I asked him why did the price change if the new menu he gave me was the same as the one I already had. He said he didn’t know and just walked away. I ordered the food at 11:06 and the lady who took the order told me 30-40 minutes and it was close to an hour later he came after I called the restaurant three times. I got a grilled chicken salad with a water. The dressing was nasty. The last time I called them the lady Yolanda refused to honor my cash back and I told her that it’s false advertising and I would report her. She told me to do what I have to do and hung up on me. It clearly states that the #9 is $9.95 yet I was charged $13.95. He gave me $6 back. The bread that was on the side was stale and hard. The tomato’s were...

Just received my order from the delivery guy after waiting for an hour. It was a small pizza with an order of fries. The food was room temperature at arrival, the fries hard and inedible from cooling down.

I had just called them ten or so minutes before to ask why I had missed a call from them, thinking it meant my food was outside. But no, "no one" had called and yet I have a voicemail in my phone from them. I call them back within two minutes of my food being delivered to notify them of the condition of my food.

Either the owner or manager took the phone, cut me off while I was trying to explain, assuming it was an honest mistake, then told me in an aggressive tone that I didn't wait an hour to get my food and it can't be cold, even though he told me I ordered at 3:20pm and got my food at 4:23pm.

Been ordering from this place for years. The pizza has always been great but this single experience of being called a liar and talked down to will keep me from ordering from them ever again.
