Cooper’s Super Bar — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Bar is very unprofessional. They had 3 bartenders on a Wednesday night which you would think would be good because there was a big crowd. Yet it took an half hr to get a drink because the bartenders catered to all the men. The women came last even if you were there first. Plus all 3 bartenders were working the middle of the bar which made no sense so if u were on the ends of the bar u were struggling to get their attention. A bartender is supposed to ask u what would u like. Part of the customer service. After I one drink which took over 30 min I waited for another 45 the second time b4 I said whatever and ne and my friends ended up buying shots off of folks that bought a bottle. Terrible experience. I brought my buddy dano. I'll be going to this location since 1979 it was called the hundred bar then and then he changed his name to the hunter bar and it was great to reminisce today I ordered fettuccine alfredo with shrimp it was fantastic I also ordered corn on the cob and broccoli and they were fantastic Dano ordered shrimp wrap we had a lot of fun they have a great pool table here who played one game and I sunk the 8-ball on the fourth shot that I had to go to the bar and get a $12 shot hahaha the barmaid Wells was terrific great personality bubbly friendly and not going the chef in the back she was great she came out and serve the food herself. I highly recommend this bar and I hope they get a selection of bud ice in 22 oz cans...

I wish I had read the reviews before I went ... It's a 20 dollar cover at the door perpare to be felted up by the security no metal detector. The music is so loud you have to scream at the bartender the tables are wobbly and the chairs are uncomfortable I kept sliding off no A/C just some random fans on the floor the food was over seasoned and didn't taste fresh they don't have a drink menu and like I said music so loud your screaming drink prices are about the same as everywhere else but watered down... Hookah burns out real fast and new coal in 5 dollars with all the money they get it should have been A/C I won't be...
