Prince Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I gave them a three star. Only because I actually wanted to give them a 5 but chanced my mind after what I was told on the phone the day before yesterday. I order from them all the time and started ordering something new called the halal platter first time having it. It was great. I usually eat there mushroom cheese steak. Well my second time ordering the halal platter I feel like some of the meat was either old or reused some pieces seemed to be fresh and soft while others seem like they were old as if they mixed them in like I wouldnt notice. I called back and said something to the person who answers the phone. She had me on hold for a minute and got back on the phone and said if you dont like it bring the food back and they will give you your money baby. But hold on . I feel like that situation wasn't handled at all well. They didn't seem to care at all. But just brushed it off and no I wasn't looking for a free platter being as though I live very close to them foot steps away I thought that they would be more understanding and the was they responded to my concerns made me upset not too upset though. I'll never order from them ever again. And when since when you order from a store and your understanding satisfied with the food they tell you to bring the food back as if they aren't going to throw it in the trash or probably even serve it to the next person . Customer service is below sub par. The girl at the register was fine. Polite enough, but the rest of the staff was 👎. I sat in my car while my food was being made, when i went back in i asked the guy that was bagging up my food "was it mine" & his response was rude like "WHAT?!" Then the girl that was originally at the register walked up & said he doesn't speak english. I don't have an issue with that BUT, if you're dealing with customers, it would probably be a good idea to have someone that can communicate with you effectively. There was no hello or greeting. No thank you. No have a good night. Literally nothing. The food was ok. Overall, disappointing. Makes me wonder, are they aware that the customers are what keeps the business running? Turns out, i thought it was a different pizza spot i used to frequent years ago. It won't be difficult to not do business with this...

I order pizza here very greasy not sure if that’s just this specific pizza place or all but the pizza is good when it’s first done after it gets cold though it’s no good can’t reheat it like I normally do with other pizza also I’ve never heard of pizza place only selling pies and not slices but I guess that’s a way for them to make more money pizza was about $13 $14 for a small which seems kind of expensive for in the hood there usually about $10 maybe $11 everybody is greedy so there’s that to.
