UPDATE: My son, also confused, reminded me of one time,maybe last year, the owner was yelling at me on the phone when I called wondering where our food was. He insisted it was delivered and basically called me crazy and making things up. I had been sitting on my front step with one of our dogs so I knew it was impossible that it was delivered and someone stole our food. The owner did not want to listen as I just asked him to call the driver. He just yelled. Turns out the driver delivered to house #2210 and not #2010. Funny that we've placed 2-3 orders a month since with no issue until this week. Hilariously unhinged owner. Also.. my name was never Tracy - what a hot head.

First off - my son and I enjoy their food and their shakes are great. My one star is because we order from them on Grub Hub, and do so at least a few times per month for maybe 2 years. Never a problem. Food is good, we tip well, drivers are super nice, we are nice to the drivers. Last night I ordered and Grubhub cancelled (or so I thought). Thought a weird glitch. Ordered tonight and called after an hour to see if out for delivery. Usually they are pretty fast - we just ordered from them twice last week. The owner said "we don't let you order from us anymore" and laughed. I could hear two others also laughing. It was very confusing because we seriously ordered twice last week like normal. I explained we order from them almost once per week and never had any issue - drivers are great, super friendly we are friendly to them and thought there was some mistake. Owner then called me crazy and "Tracy" which is not my name. He was laughing to two other people and talking about how they don't let me order (even though we had 6 orders since July 1st!) I called back and spoke to a young woman, who was very nice but said she did not know why but the owner and manager said I can't order. I explained to her that I think he has me mistaken because we order regularly. She said she was sorry but they wouldn't complete my order. My order tonight was not cancelled by them either so I had to request Grubhub cancel and refund. Very strange and disappointing as we've been loyal customers for over 2 years. BUT the food is really good and the fudge ripple milkshake is super yummy. The owner... well that seems to be a different story. Based on other reviews, seems he is not...

I am not sure how I’ve lived here for ten years and never ordered from these guys sooner. I’m SAD that it took me ten years to finally order from these wonderful folks. We’ve had lots of delivery food mishaps over the years, and this was NOT one of them.

Delivery is insanely fast, the app said about an hour, but I ordered at 10:08pm through Seamless (they do in house delivery, so I’ll try calling them directly next time), and at 10:23, my food was here. It was hot, and it was really good.

What I got: -The chicken fingers were HOT, the fry oil tasted clean, and the actual chicken was moist and tender. It came with honey mustard. Sweet. -The cheesesteak is the best I’ve had from a neighborhood joint that’s not Joe’s (or a place that specializes in cheesesteaks). I ADORE our neighborhood pizza jawn, but, I can’t get onboard with their cheesesteaks, so this is such a huge win, I may actually leap for joy when I’m done with my review. I got a basic “whiz without”. The roll is a basic roll, soft and doughy without any crunch or resistance as you bite into your sandwich. The meat is well-seasoned and doesn’t need salt or pepper added, and the amount of whiz was perfect for my preferences, to the degree that I didn’t even need to add ketchup for moisture or flavor.

I’m spectacularly impressed, and STOKED to have found a local, fast place to order some good munchie type food from. I order FREQUENTLY from the local pizza joint for pizza, but to have finally found somewhere to get a cheesesteak at 10pm on a random Wednesday has just altered my world-state, and, I hope you’re as impressed by...

I’ve ordered from this place of business several times and never had an issue . Today i ordered and had a surprising issue . The fries didn’t taste as they usually did , it tasted like nothing but grease like old grease . I called to notify them of this issue and attempt to ask for an alternative. My mind was changed when I called and the lady decided to tell me “well no one else had an issue with the fries “ I explained to her I am not other people. I am My own person so you can not tell me that no one had an issue with this . That was a strange response, again ive never had an issue . I went to bite into the chicken I ordered and it was the same issue as well . They tasted bland and old . So I told her I wanted to return the whole order . She told me she needed to speak with her boss because he wasn’t there . Then after telling her I’d like to return to my whole order she tells me her boss said return the meal and don’t order here again . I was shocked . Again I have never had an issue sos this was so weird to me . Then told me I need to bring it back . Even though I ordered delivery and couldn’t get there . I told her I ordered delivery . The fact that this was the response no one has to tell me don’t order here again , I won’t order here ever again due to this nasty interaction. All because I said I wasn’t please with the food it was very nasty . Highly...
