Fred's Water Ice — Restaurant in Philadelphia

My husband is a Philly native and has his preference of water ice establishments. But we found this one closer to the house and he was satisfied. We’ve tried a few places and this one is the best in the northeast. The only downside was they said the funnel cake would take 15mins.
