One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this place deserves it. I ordered food from GRAB & Roll Wings & Bowls, and everything about the experience was disappointing: • Cold Food: My meal came out lukewarm at best. Wings and bowls should be served hot and fresh, not like they’ve been sitting around. • Slow Service: Despite it not being very busy, it took forever to get my order. Staff seemed disorganized and uninterested. • Poor Hygiene: This was the biggest red flag. Employees were handling food after touching money, phones, and surfaces without washing their hands. I didn’t see a single person wash up the entire time I was there. On top of that, they weren’t wearing gloves while preparing food. That’s unacceptable. • Lack of Care: Food was sloppily thrown together, presentation was terrible, and it was clear that cleanliness and customer service are not priorities here.

I honestly felt uncomfortable eating what I was served, and that’s not something any customer should experience when paying for food. Between the cold, tasteless meal and the unsanitary conditions, I wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone.
