Taco Bell — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Only gave the service 1 star because I couldn't give them less but if I could I would. The staff always messes up your order, they never pay attention, they're always goofing around. Last night I went through the Drive-Thru around 11:30pm (granted, Google says they are open til 1am) I soon as we pulled up, you hear a big sight coming out the speaker as we were an inconvenience. - if you don't like your job, just find another one. Ordered 3 quesadillas and 2 legs thats it!. When we went to the window we asked for a receipt ( just for my records) why did the cashier went off explaining why it cost $30??? I did not say nor questioned the price, I simply keep my receipts. When the other employee gave us our food, he handed us the bag, slammed the window shut and didn't ask if "we needed any sauce" didn't say thank you or anything. Rudest service ever. The staff needs to be either retrained or fire. There's no reason why I should be witnessing the staff arguing nor talking about female customers body parts that are inside. To top it off, our quesadillas were not cut, they were missing the sauce that comes in it, we honked multiple times and no one came out. Because it's so hard right? The workers here are very rude disrespectful amd lazy. Tried to order food from here with a friend who was also running postmates and while trying to order the employee got rude because of the fact that we were in drive thru instead of being in the store. After explaining that we were also ordering food for ourselves the employee then refused to even take the order. Another female employee then proceeded to disrespect and gwt loud woth my friend as if to defend the bad actions of her co worker and proceeded to say that we would not be served...i find this very unacceptble as i live in the neighborhood and cant enjoy a good meal anytime that i am here.....service needs to be greatly adjusted here and employees need a serious crash course on customer satisfation amd appreciation....both employees were also bad mouthing us behind the counter while we were still there....very...

Ok where do i begin i haven't been here in awhile but i was in the area so I stopped by it was lunch time so it was a little crowd but they were moving fast one thing I didn't like was that the cashier was taking the orders and then she was going to the back and bagging the orders she didn't have any gloves. And then whomever was making the food was moving so fast they were forgetting items my sister ordered a taco supreme with no tomatoes wasn't in her bag she waited 10 minutes for the taco and it had tomatoes on it but she didn't complain she just took them off I ordered nachos and cheese in the nacho was over fried burnt and smell like Grease but other than that the food was hot it was clean while I was in therr the cashier wipe the tables off twice and they had a steady flow of customers.
