Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Took my grandkids to the little ceasers on 24th nd passyunk Ave. The service was bad the worker was unprofessional and unsanitary. They only had two workers at 6:30pm. One worker was on the phone while making pizza never washed her hands, the other worker was waiting on customers, handle money and making food. He told the female woker to get up help out and get off the phone. She placed phone back in her pocket continue on touching food without sanitizing. As a food service worker I couldn't believe what I saw. So please little ceasers get your employee safeserve classes. Never taking my grandkids back...

Ordered delivery through their website for my kid. 3-4 hours later it was never delivered and the store closed for the night. I spoke to multiple reps on the phone for them regarding paying for food I never received and none were helpful. All reps were Indian and had no concept of customer service, telling me I’d have to pay for food I never received because it was “already made.” It took over 5 phone calls and over a day to finally get confirmation that I will get my refund. This young dark skinned boy who was there tonight closed the store like 25mins early. I called and asked did they have cheese pizza they said yes. I was literally around the corner and drove there in seconds and watched him locked the door after this other boy left.
