Rainbow Shops — Local services in Philadelphia

I've never been there so this will change after visiting but as a former retail employee and who now just shops at these places as a customer... plz stop going to these stores 15 mins or less b4 closing unless it's an emergency. It takes longer than 20 minutes to find exactly what you want. If anything is rude, that's rude. They don't get paid enough to take time from their homes and families. If they're closing up a half an hour b4 closing time, yeah that's pushing it but anything after 30 minutes... go home or go somewhere else. Also strange things happens close to closing and for some ppl, it's just safer to do so due to most customers coming in and not having t g e right intentions. Cooperate should also be understanding of this. I've never worked at rainbow but I get it. And would love to see a change when it comes to that. They are still ppl, not slaves. My heart would be so full to know that ppl can be courteous and understanding of each other.

All the other comments about them closing an hour or half an hour b4 and being followed around should be addressed. That's definitely not something to...

People are so angry and miserable ok that,s understandable at this time of covid19. Very hard to get my brother on phone keep hanging up.i suggest this rehabilitation center.might try to be more understanding families with more kindness and respect.after all we are also worried about our loved ones who can't walk to the phone or even walk.period...it,s not such a bad thing at all.to treat people with such kindness and dignity..cause of people treatment to others is not acceptable..that,s personal leave that attitude home..treat others with the upmost respect it,s there.job.while I'm tryin to call again and again they will hangup because there far more into there own attitudes.and definitely not other,s please change your policy of allowing this behavior..I would have not have commented so poorly if this ignorance didn't occur..just allow people to stay in touch with there...

Quality of clues in this establishment is very poor. However you get what you pay for as the prices are cheap. When I went to return a few items with my receipt the cashier try to make me sign a slip before counting out the money in my hands. I seen the money in her hands and noticed there was not a 20 and I was getting $32 back so when I brought this to her attention she got an attitude and became nasty. However I did get to see a friendly face at the door who worked at a previous establishment that I had engaged with her at. She helped me to not become upset with the cashier however the cashier tried to hide her error n refused to see my way. I wasn't signing a receipt saying you're giving me $32 when there's only $12 there. I won't go to the...
